Le Spiagge del Benessere 49/50 (Beaches of Wellness 49/50) represent a real opportunity to enjoy a holiday in harmony, creativity and health and offer a program of interventions that help, in a manner that is simple and understandable by all, to restore balance to emotions, mind and body. Here you can find lots of services in large spaces to make your days of pleasant holiday fun and relaxed, to rediscover your body and to recharge your batteries in order to better address everyday life when you get back home.
On the beach, umbrellas and sun loungers are waiting for you, our lovely pool, vascular path, thread-like showers, all with hot thermal water (sulfur, salt, bromine and iodine), directly connected to the Terme di Riccione, indoors/outdoors hot showers, wireless, baby point, bar, large playground, relaxation area with massaging armchairs and proposals for aperitifs and snacks, satellite TV, reading corner, courts beach volleyball, beach tennis, bocce, table tennis and gym with assistance.
Also entertainment for children, group dancing, gymnastics, fitness and Water aerobics classes
What could be more inviting than plunging into the hot wellness oasis of our beach to regenerate body and mind!
For twelve weeks, from June 9 to August 29, 2014, the beach turns into a container of events designed to experience moments of relaxation and healthy fun, through mental and bodily activities, bio-natural disciplines, welfare arts and dance, meditations, interactive conferences, meetings with authors, tasting natural products, special dinners and finally Albe di Benessere and Albe di Luna, charming rides on a sailboat to meditate and relax at sunrise and during full moon nights.
The program of Spiagge del Benessere includes:
Evening meetings on the beach with the culture of wellness:
conferences, experiential groups, theme evenings from 9.15pm until 11.15pm.
Albe di Benessere: boat trips before sunrise.
Experience that combines the desire to achieve an ideal situation of psychological and bodily relaxing with the suggestion of the trip on the sea simultaneously to the rising sun on the marine horizon. Departure at 4.30am/5.00am and return around 8:00 am.
Albe di Luna
Sailboat trips (withe offshore or historical sails) near sunset, for meditations, emotional paths, organic dinner and a toast to the moon in the nights with full moon. Starting at approximately 8pm and return around midnight.
Program of harmony, health and well-being. This group activities program (in the morning from 10.00 to 11.00 and in the afternoon from 5.30 to 6.30) follows some "trends":
a) Between sand and sea to the sound of music. Activities that promote health and body awareness through movement, music, rhythm (oriental dances, bio-dance, dance and sounds that heal ...)
b) Balance of body and emotions. (Gymnastics, Feldenkrais, reflexology, awakening of the senses, yoga, breathing and relaxation ...)
c) Playing with the creativity. Activities that help us to express ourselves better and allow us to explore our potential and our creativity. Ways to contact the more playful, genuine and friendly pary that lives in each of us (bio-dance, stars and perfumes, Aura Soma colour therapy, crystals ...)

Our beach is also much more! More and more people choose the ‘active holiday’ which combines sports practice with pure relaxation of the holiday under the umbrella. The reasons can be attributed to the growing desire to enjoy leisure and holiday as a valuable resource to be dedicated to the rediscovery of the most genuine and least compromised by urbanization; to the so-called "green" vacation, tied to nature and environment.
For all these reasons, Le Spiagge del Benessere 49/50 has created new areas:
‘Bike Beach’
cyclists’ beach, dedicated to tourists who love sports, especially cycling. In this area you will find useful information to organize itineraries in Riccione and ideas in the hinterland of Riccione: from the most peaceful bike ride to the beautiful trails along the coast, up to more demanding routes with slopes and ascents, numerous recommended stops, visits to ancient villages between large green landscapes.
‘Summer Course of Triabl Dance by the sea with Ariel Giulia’
A dance that was born on the woman's body, it follows its natural movements, giving grace and well-being. The great importance given to a proper and strong posture allows curing different disorders caused by wrong attitudes of the body and leads to acquiring a large muscle awareness. Flexibility, balance and tone are guaranteed by constant practice of exercises taken from yoga, a discipline that can be defined as an integral part of today's Tribal Dance. In addition to the significant benefits from physical standpoint, from mental and emotional view, there are numerous others: those who practice this dance acquire a greater self-awareness, rediscover their potential, overcoming blocks or limits, increasing self-confidence and self-esteem, develop a sense of responsibility and trust, attention, concentration, listening skills and empathy.

“Watsu festival” in thermal pool
Watsu is an experience, it is a journey into the breath and in the silence, in dance and in the quiet, abandonment and support, in joy and in embracing emotions.
Watsu is give and take in the warm embrace of the water.
Watsu is a practice in corporal mediation into which the recipient's body is not the end of treatment, but the means by which to contact the components "body - mind - spirit" that characterize humans: this allows access to deeper and deeper levels of integration and welfare and the achievement of a state of deep relaxation, also due to heat of the water.
- it is particularly suitable for pregnant women;
- as it is not requisite to know how to swim, it can be a way to approach safely to this element and, if you have lived traumatic experiences related to it, you can gradually get back in touch regaining the confidence and the pleasure to dive in the water;
- it is suitable for all ages, newborn to elderly person;
- as the respect of the possibility to move your body is constant, it can be safely practiced by people who have limited mobility.
